David Byrd serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for the Transmountain Campus. Byrd has been with Tenet for over 15 years and has over 23 years of financial experience. Prior to coming to The Hospitals of Providence, Byrd served as CFO at Des Peres Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, a part of the Tenet Healthcare System. Previously, he was the Assistant CFO at The Hospitals of Providence Sierra Campus. Byrd received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration Accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
