Cristian serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the Sierra Campus. Cristian has over 20 years of finance and accounting healthcare leadership experience. Prior to joining The Hospitals of Providence, she served as the Assistant Chief Financial Officer for HCA Houston Healthcare – Northwest. She was instrumental in implementing cost savings initiatives, staffing improvements and growth initiatives across the hospital, improving overall margins and operational efficiencies. Cristian also brings a wealth of experience in Patient Access and Case Management. She holds a Bachelor and Master of Business Administration from Belhaven University, as well as a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School.
