Raymond Palacios is the CEO of Bravo Chevrolet Cadillac in Las Cruces, New Mexico and Bravo Cadillac in El Paso. Mr. Palacios has served on the Board of the Texas Department f Motor Vehicles and was appointed Chairman of the agency by Governor Greg Abbott in 2016. Mr. Palacios is a Certified Public Account and earned his B.A.A. from the University of Houston. Mr. Palacios has also served in the military as a member of the United States Marine Corp Reserves.
