Dr. Ovalle conducted his Internal Medicine Residency at Texas Tech University in El Paso, TX. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and the New Mexico Medical Society. Dr. Ovalle is involved in several community activities to include, El Paso Diabetes Association: Diabetes lecture educating the community, and volunteers at “Baptist Clinic”: providing primary health care to indigent people.
