Mr. Walter Miller has been in the environmental consulting industry for almost 30 years. He is currently the Manager of Client Development Services and Environmental Services for Terracon Consultants Inc. in El Paso, Texas. Terracon is a company that provides Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Consulting, Construction Materials Testing, and Facilities Engineering services to public and private clients.

Walter is passionate about serving his community.  In 2000, he was elected to the Horizon City Council and in 2007 he was elected Mayor of the same governing body.  He continued to serve as Mayor for four terms and now serves as Alderman. 

He received his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University 1977.
